What are some of the best things about your team?Since we are understaffed and underpaid, we attempt to ease the workload by stepping in to help one another. This is rare in this type of environment.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?First, fairly compensate your employees! Or else you will continue to have high turn over. Stop increasing the cost of our benefits, offer better office spaces and parental leave. Promote women of color!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The pay for women, especially women of color, is beyond low. Living in a big city is expensive, and our paychecks are ridiculously low. Most staff are struggling to survive dye to the low pay, and yet our benefits continue to increase.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Despite claiming to be a progressive institution, the administration is slow to change. They are very budget focused, but don't mind taking large salaries themselves.
