Annual increments compared to other companies are quite low. The Max is 10% but the average is 5% which is even below the inflation rate here in India.

Everybody need safety trainings. Operations need a lot of knowledge on how to deal with problematic people.

Knowing their jobs and improving on work ethics but with no supervision that would be hard to do without proper coaching and staff placement
The work is excellent. They never overload. 6 pm is the work shut-off time and they actually adhere to it. Overall, the people are good, and the work culture is good. But in Indian management, I have my doubts.
Being able to problem solve and feel confident on doing your job to the best of your ability without help from co workers and the lack of supplies and poor skills in mamagement

The interview was with the Administrative Manager and the Functional Manager. Their questions were simple and tried to understand my conduct and how I speak and what I have done in my previous employments. They definitely ask about your understanding of the company's work and the Job description.
It was full of encouragement for the companies future endeavors

The open door policy if you have a problem it's easy to get it taken care of
knowing what I am doing can help and make a difference for our colleagues and increase our company performance
Lack of knowledge within the company and very poor leadership skills and sternness from supervisors and floor leaders....it seems everyone runs the company on their own according to their own will
