Very global team. People are approachable and supportive.

People are motivated and ready to collaborate.

The people - very considerate, understanding - great team players.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Everybody need safety trainings. Operations need a lot of knowledge on how to deal with problematic people.

Better communication and defined roles

Knowing their jobs and improving on work ethics but with no supervision that would be hard to do without proper coaching and staff placement
