Bringing people together. Thats why theres so little people here. The current employees get stuck in their ways of teaching and doing things that its unsightly that a new coworker has to learn at his or her pace

Annual increments compared to other companies are quite low. The Max is 10% but the average is 5% which is even below the inflation rate here in India.
Being a longterm employee I make the same amount as new comers and as much as people who aren't team leaders..
Everybody need safety trainings. Operations need a lot of knowledge on how to deal with problematic people.
Better communication and defined roles
Knowing their jobs and improving on work ethics but with no supervision that would be hard to do without proper coaching and staff placement
Support employees who are hardworking, smart and honest.

Lack of knowledge within the company and very poor leadership skills and sternness from supervisors and floor leaders....it seems everyone runs the company on their own according to their own will
