How long after an interview at Prestige does it take to hear back?
Depends on the job! I was hired on the spot. Typically within a week at least (if you’re getting hired). I don’t think they call to tell you that you’re not getting hired though.

What is the onboarding process like at Prestige and how long does it last?
Onboarding was electronic and very quick and seamless. It took me 15 minutes or less to complete.
What is the hardest interview question Prestige asks?
The interview was very much a conversation. Sometimes the simple questions are more difficult, like “what’s your why?” Or any question where they ask you to tell “them about a time when. . .” Because you need to be able to demonstrate specific experiences.
What makes you the most proud about working at Prestige?
The people they hire and the process in which they do so. Also, the compassion each employee has on the residents.
What are the most important soft skills I need to be successful at Prestige?
Communication, commitment, work ethic, problem solving, teamwork, conflict resolution experience.

Good pay, good amount of PTO, tuition reimbursement, on the job training opportunities.

Was there a time you had to meet several deadlines at one time? How did you deal with the stress? How did you manage all deadlines?
What's the Marketing team like at Prestige?
I had great leaders and mentors. From what I understand, it is quickly falling apart now. Most everyone I knew there has moved on, including the VP of Sales and Marketing.
