What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are very supportive and helpful with staff.
They lead from the front but are willing to listen to us and make course corrections. They live by the organizational value system
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think they do a great job at getting feedback but need to have additional time scheduled to hear that feedback so it doesn't feel so rushed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is transparent and equitable
The benefits are fantastic and compensation is very competitive.

I love my co-workers, I seem them more often than my family so it's important that we all get along.
