I'm surrounded by people who are all continuously improving, who are fun and funny, supportive, and hard working.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no raise structure for hourly employees (I am an hourly associate who is not paid under the performance-based-compensation model).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly care for and serve their people. They listen and work to help their direct reports achieve both personal and professional goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work hard when it's time to work, we play hard when it's time to play and regardless of which, we're usually enjoying it together.
