What do you like best about the leadership team?
The most important part coordination & team work balance to complete the task on time for good result which is very important for company & carrer goal.
The leadership here are very supportive and active daily. The CEO and site leader are always giving feedback. Especially, on Friday status updates
They listen for feedback and the open door policy for all leaders
Feedback is aways appreciated by my supervisors. The CEO leads by example and makes sure all the Leads in the company are open and responsive to new ideas.
The CEO is very involved. The Product Dev manager is also very involved in working with the CEO daily.

It is good compared to other places
It is good and increase were better than I expected every year
Competitive. Especially as a female graduate.

Onboarding fill you free to talk your ideas and helping to understand company culture while meet staff members at the very first week at office so it's easy to connect with correct employees to work good
