Priorities of patient over profit. Stop with the Medicare nonsense. Pay your employees the overtime hours that you're legally obligated to pay. Get some empathy or compassion about something, anything. If that's too much, resign and start over with people who don't create such toxic work environment

Stop bullying tactics and oppressive work environment, Reduce Medicare fraud or pay the consequences. Follow labor laws and deter instead of encouraging hourly employees to work off the clock. Develop some integrity and show some employee appreciation once in while. Prepare for consequences.
The leadership team cares only about the bottom line, Profit margins. Push for maintenance of same residents on Med B caseload all year for up to 6X/week with 1 month breaks from therapy, then they are placed back on caseload. Bullies hourly employees to work off the clock to reduce labor costs.
