DOR is excellent . Knowledgable.. makes the day pleasant
My direct boss is very accommodating and understanding of work/life balance
Communication with employees and caring.
Everything! Listening would be the first improvement needed.
Communication, honesty, ethics, equality, consistency
Listening to employees concerns, issues
Priorities of patient over profit. Stop with the Medicare nonsense. Pay your employees the overtime hours that you're legally obligated to pay. Get some empathy or compassion about something, anything. If that's too much, resign and start over with people who don't create such toxic work environment

People that care in upper management.
No paid holidays off, no 401k match, no raises after taking on more work.
It's not about the money. It's about working for a company with values and patient care who care for and appreciate the front line workers. This job nearly killed me and I'm grateful to have my license and be alive.
They only want therapists there for a minimum number of minutes
I left the company due to Medicare fraud or lose your job. Zero appreciation for employees and zero respect regarding therapit’s opinion. Stop mandating off the clock work for non-exempt, hourly employees. They couldn’t pay me enough worth risking my license to pract
Cohesive team. Pleasant atmosphere. Communicate well
compassionate, hard working, team players
Compassion for our patients, committed
Working well together, great communication
They care about what they do
We could work better together if we were not kept in the dark about everything.
They complain about how bad the company is to work for.
They need to learn teamwork and quit stabbing each other in the back.
Unfair and hostile treatment toward good hard working employees while lazy low quality therapists get favored by management for breaking the law
respect each other and appreciate each other's differences
care and concern for one another and our patients
The therapy team cares about patients
People who actually care about the employees and environment.
Open communication, company email system and email directory, responsive HR when hostile workplace and compliance reporting retaliation is reported to them
Care about your employees and patient outcomes. Focus on leading by example instead of bullying employees. If you can;t succeed with that close the shop or you’ll be bankrupt and out of busines
Upper management needs to be replaced with people who actually care about patient care and outcomes and stop telling therapists to bill less eval time and more treatment time, and telling speech therapists that Medicare only allows the patient to be billed 30 minutes for untimed codes.
It was an easy interview, however i was lied to from that day forward.
It was over the phone
Was able to meet the regional manager, NHA, and rehab team. It turns out I was lied to about my pay during the interview.
Don’t lie to prospective employee
Positive patient outcomes and even daily progress. Getting to see patients be able to return home.
Lack of customer service and honest leadership.
Toxic work environment, greedy sadistic upper management, zero employee appreciation, pretending labor and discrimination laws don't exist, impossible for ethical therapists to meet productivity expection. Compliance keeps nothing confidential and HR is worse.
Cutting minutes, push for concurrent, push for groups
Work environment laced with fear and oppression.
Good therapists are leaving due to lack of raises, off the clock work, and unrealistic productivity expectation. Employees are not shown any appreciation by upper management and see other therapists who provided ethical care be fired. Hostile work environment with excessive employee turnover.
