All about the money- not the employee

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My direct boss is very accommodating and understanding of work/life balance

Other Employee Reviews for Select Rehabilitation

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Absolute worst job in 22 years as a practicing therapist. Lowest paying Job when hours are added up. As a program manager I had to work 7 days a week, 365 days a year. DVP refused to allow training for a back up to reduce my off the clock work.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Work environment laced with fear and oppression.
