Excellent rehab team provides excellent patient care because of their commitment to their profession. No raises, no appreciation, and only complaints and write ups if productivity is 89.8% for assistants whose target productivity is 90%.

We could work better together if we were not kept in the dark about everything.
They complain about how bad the company is to work for.
They need to learn teamwork and quit stabbing each other in the back.
Unfair and hostile treatment toward good hard working employees while lazy low quality therapists get favored by management for breaking the law
respect each other and appreciate each other's differences
We need to be able to make clinical decisions, not have them dictated. In my experience, your employees hate you and only stay until they find a better company. Therapists aren't a dime a dozen. Maybe you'll realize this one day.
