May base salary is the least competitive among my peers in the market.

After working for the company for 3 months I was offered a new position. I spent 4 months in the new, higher up position with no additional benefits or compensation as a part of a "probationary period" despite praise and recognition from executives and fellow employees.

More pay more bonus more rewards on time

The benefit package is excellent. The salaries, however, are very low compared to industry standards.

It's impossible to qualify for a fair raise, unless you're in management. Pay rates are grossly skewed towards people that work at headquarters.
