Great people to work for.

Mark Elwood is a narccicist. He was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. He couldnt give raises but he bought himself a new sports car every year.

not enough pay, compared to based salary

May base salary is the least competitive among my peers in the market.

After working for the company for 3 months I was offered a new position. I spent 4 months in the new, higher up position with no additional benefits or compensation as a part of a "probationary period" despite praise and recognition from executives and fellow employees.

A way to actually verify the hours I worked to compare it to what I'm paid

More pay more bonus more rewards on time

The company is constantly focused on growing through acquisitions instead of building great teams and cultivating strong employees. Acquired companies are often left out out forgotten about quickly.
