Rush offers high-quality health benefits and overall quite supportive in education (degrees, certs, advancements, etc.).
More pay and paid vacation instead of using your PTO. I know that at my previous employ, you had paid vacation according to your years of service, in addition to your personal time accrued.

We have fun together to make our shifts go by faster
Most of my team is wonderful, compassionate, skilled & supportive. There are a few overpaid, immature headaches who cause constant drama.

Helping patients feel that the are the most important factor in their own care
It's negative at the moment because we have a couple openings and are in the midst of a clinic remodel. I expect things will improve soon.
