they are a smart group of people
Good communication with constructive criticism and fair salary and vacation benefits
Those who are most in charge do not engage the rest of us much and you better be a white male if you want top tier.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
paid time off and 401k

Rush offers high-quality health benefits and overall quite supportive in education (degrees, certs, advancements, etc.).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More pay and paid vacation instead of using your PTO. I know that at my previous employ, you had paid vacation according to your years of service, in addition to your personal time accrued.
I do multiple tasks outside of my job description
What are some of the best things about your team?
they work towards a greater cause
We have fun together to make our shifts go by faster
Most of my team is wonderful, compassionate, skilled & supportive. There are a few overpaid, immature headaches who cause constant drama.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Helping patients feel that the are the most important factor in their own care
It's negative at the moment because we have a couple openings and are in the midst of a clinic remodel. I expect things will improve soon.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
it needs different seating arrangements

Appropriate questions and verification of CV

they take too long to respond, takes over 2 months to get an interview
What makes you most happy at work?
When we work together as a multidisciplinary team to address patient care
