Health benefits are prob the best part

Review from Sales Dept

the retirement package, and the medical choices

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have County medical and Dental as I can not afford to pay for my medications when I am only working 24 hours a week. I do not have any knowledge of the stocks or anything like that. I don't use company medical since I can not afford to do so.

After working there for over 33yrs, we need more cost of living raises, these people flippin burgers are soon to be making $5 less than us. There are a lot of journeymen clerks that really work hard, above and beyond. We should be paid for it. Makes it easy not to care..

I have compared my role with the market place and I am substantially below the median, by about 18 - 20%. Adjust compensation upwards, start CPI increases, and have regular merit increases. There is currently no cadence for merit increases and no CPI increases at all.

Medical benefits are not the best. I at times have to pay a lot out of pocket!

The old benefits were much better before all the changes

When at work i feel like it is always something. Management is never happy with job performance
