respect that not all departments make the same kind of sales. Bring back a crew that wants to succeed.!
Show the employees you care about them. Train employees properly from the bottom, promote our future with the company, be a leader/motivator for ALL employees. Morale is bad company wide, Sr. clerks have lost their faith, feel betrayed. Starts from the top, we need new big dogs. Remodel corporate.

Dept manager needs to follow the heath codes as writtin down, She needs to be the only one ordering products other then her workers under her ,and she has to stop having co-workers come over to hear how so and so did this or that , We are in need .
