They talk a good game about caring for the people, but there is very high turnover due to overwork, long hours, lack of support, no raises or opportunity for advancement, and bonuses were very low (35% of target)

People are committed to the company, many long term employees, they work hard despite not being fairly compensated.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have compared my role with the market place and I am substantially below the median, by about 18 - 20%. Adjust compensation upwards, start CPI increases, and have regular merit increases. There is currently no cadence for merit increases and no CPI increases at all.
