I like my work .I like the customer interactions most of all and I can work well with or together with my co-workers however I like following the guildline the outlines as a luckys employee.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Dept manager needs to follow the heath codes as writtin down, She needs to be the only one ordering products other then her workers under her ,and she has to stop having co-workers come over to hear how so and so did this or that , We are in need .
