What is the best part about your compensation package?

performance based bonus, because I know I love my job, I preform and getting rewarded for doin my work.

Review from IT Dept

Review from Sales Dept

i like the benefits and the shares granted to me.

Staff shares options and the status car provision

Review from Engineering Dept

We have better benefits than other CSPs

Review from Finance Dept

Bonus, salary, shares and treatment

The voucher sharing and other incentives

When I worn my target

Best package in the market were i work

Dont have that since an contract

It really serves me well and my expenditures

Receiving 15% of it one week before payday through mobile money

Having being given airtime and data

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

PLEASE MTN CONSIDER LEVEL 1&2 WELFARE, ALL OF US CAN NOT BE MANAGERS OR SENIOR MANAGERS AT THE SAME TIME, SO PLEASE CONSIDER IMPROVING THE LIVES OF 1&2 STAFF BY INCREASING MOST OF THEIR BENEFITS, WE KNOW PROMOTION IS HARD TO COMEBY IN MTN AS WELL. WE TRUST KARL AND HIS LEADERSHIP TEAM ON THIS. SORRY

we dont care about how all the benefits ad into it, we care about what we take home every other week to feed our families, its not enough

No development and career growth it's only working and working to get the numbers

Review from Sales Dept

we are no treated equal and don't have equal opportunity and right as well. it required to be treated with more consideration with respect .

Review from Engineering Dept

Salary of level 2 are not the same as the work we do and for benefits, we who don't have kids should be allowed to choose sibling for health care

If more benefits were added it would really be healpful

As a third party staff to the business, i don't get compensation. I would feel better by getting benefits and compensations and job security.

I feel i work more than what i earn.

Long hours, no compensation. Depressing

If i can be put on fixed payment

The payment is low and i would feel much better if there is an increment in salary
