Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
PLEASE MTN CONSIDER LEVEL 1&2 WELFARE, ALL OF US CAN NOT BE MANAGERS OR SENIOR MANAGERS AT THE SAME TIME, SO PLEASE CONSIDER IMPROVING THE LIVES OF 1&2 STAFF BY INCREASING MOST OF THEIR BENEFITS, WE KNOW PROMOTION IS HARD TO COMEBY IN MTN AS WELL. WE TRUST KARL AND HIS LEADERSHIP TEAM ON THIS. SORRY
we dont care about how all the benefits ad into it, we care about what we take home every other week to feed our families, its not enough

I see a new way of doing things. I also learn a lot about myself as I am forced to articulate why I want to work somewhere (why do I?) and what I would bring to the table. All in all, interviews are a great learning exercise.
