What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?when I get paid, I will let you know.
What did you like most about the interview process?The interview process was slow to start. It took a while but once I got in and met with people, it was mostky good. I knew where i was going and who i was meeting with.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Hire the right people and PAY them.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Everything. It's not just me who feels like this. The environment is toxic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The health benefits are expensive abd don't cover my family's baduc needs. They say that they pay market rate for managers but i know for a fact that other hospitals in the area pay better than here. I plan on leaving before the holidays.
