Salary is competitive. Bonuses are offered as well as stock units at certain leadership levels.
Trane pays for a huge part I believe. Medical is also very important.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interactions with the recruiters. They were very helpful in explaining the process and expectations.
It was fast and to the point
very fast and uncomplicated. Not drawn out over many weeks and panel interviews. Utilization of technologies and 1 in person interview. BAM done!
The people were open to my ideas.

Just 1 interview and stop making people fill in their work history if they already attached a resume.
Ask more person questions instead of "tell me a time when"
