Salary is competitive. Bonuses are offered as well as stock units at certain leadership levels.

Trane pays for a huge part I believe. Medical is also very important.

It was fast and to the point

very fast and uncomplicated. Not drawn out over many weeks and panel interviews. Utilization of technologies and 1 in person interview. BAM done!
