Reduce the number of SVPs and VPs. Way too top-heavy. Listen to your employees instead of hiring outside consultants to tell you what we've been trying to tell you for years. Reduce workloads and pay people what they are worth.

H-M needs to stop the bleeding and make major changes. Focus just not on client retention, but also on employee retention. Stop punishing your top performers by giving them more work. Trim the fat at the top. Promote people with the right skills instead of playing favorites.
