If you are not 100% in alignment with what they believe, and not just with money, then you are 100% out. If you express any issues or emotions about being stressed or unhappy they take that as your resignation. You are severely overworked and underpaid unless you are in leadership or upper sales.

After 10 years of staying home with my children, I was nervous about re-entering the workforce. But the only place I wanted to work was at Ramsey Solutions, so I just 'went for it'. I was welcomed with open arms as an assistant and after a year, I was offered a marketing role. Who does that? RAMSEY!

I genuinely love the work that I do and the teammates I get to work with. I love that I work for a company that stands for its values and how everyone works together for one common goal.
