Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
offer a more fair compensation to the staff
I know my production (one of highest in market) , but am CONSTANTLY told that im not doing enough. They should raise their base production percentage to match national average (21%)
This company pays poorly, but worse than that does not treat employees well in other ways.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Clinical staff care deeply about the animals and often go against the demands of corporate.
We communicate well and genuinely care about each other
We experience the same effects from our negative management, so we are very close. We know how to lighten the mood and enjoy ourselves under the constant stress
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meeting are just a waste of time, but are used to justify the executive teams salary
Work as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Clinical staff work well together and care about each other and the work they do.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Offer at least a break room for the staff.
A lighter schedule with less meetings
This company should focus on patient care rather than profit.

Honestly just the manager for me
Face to face interviews and seeing first hand how everything operates on the interview was immensely helpful.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Hire competent staff rather than anyone that walks through the door
Dont lie about working conditions,
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Few veterinarians and corporate's focus on their Optimum Wellness Plan over seeing sick pets. Appointments are often not available for several weeks/months. Better staffing and more money going to the clinics vs. corporate bonuses would improve this, as would not driving doctors away.

Refocusing company priorities to the patient, and value employees.
