I know my production (one of highest in market) , but am CONSTANTLY told that im not doing enough. They should raise their base production percentage to match national average (21%)
This company pays poorly, but worse than that does not treat employees well in other ways.
Meeting are just a waste of time, but are used to justify the executive teams salary

Few veterinarians and corporate's focus on their Optimum Wellness Plan over seeing sick pets. Appointments are often not available for several weeks/months. Better staffing and more money going to the clinics vs. corporate bonuses would improve this, as would not driving doctors away.
