We work together. And we get the job done

Was promised opportunities to move up and competitive pay. Have been with the company 11 years. Haven't had a raise in 4 years and am currently making less than a McDonald's employee in my state. Also a good mention, I do the job of 3 people in my LC.

It does depend on the locla company President you work for, but this is a great oragnization that has allowed me to earn very well. This is not a company for clock punchers. You must commit to the Win Way which has been incredibly successful for thousands of people with the right attitude.
