leave things as is. Better train people and TEAM WORK on things, not just leave onething to one person.
There is a lot of talk, talk, talk about how we make sure our associates are trained to keep up, but the training budget gets slashed every year. We incur new technical debt with few added staff on 3rd tier operations teams to absorb new systems and work.
