It depends on what building you are based in and what line of work you do. Support is buzzy, developers are head down, ops guys are a mix.
What are your coworkers at Ferguson Enterprises like?
IT folks are typically introverts, and we're no exception. We hang out with small groups we tend to work with, and it's largely just cordial with everyone else. I have no idea who 3/4 of the people in my building are, and I'm fine with that. But any of us will drop everything to help each other out with anything. If you work here and I have no idea who you are, you're still going to get the same level of help I give my closest co-workers. We get things done.

Expect questions in line with your specialty, such as what if and scenario-based questions. In IT it's rare to have the "goals and values" questions. We dig deep into your technical background, so you'd better know your stuff.

A bit of a gauntlet. Phone screening by a small group, then expect multiple panel-style interviews from multiple areas for any 3rd tier and up position. Usually this lasts a half day or a bit more on-site. The upside is everything is done in 1 day.
What do people at Ferguson Enterprises think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
Unless you are a manager there isn't much thought about c-level, or even directors. We get a lot of information on how the business is doing. For the most part, if things are running smoothly, we're left alone.
How's the work life balance at Ferguson Enterprises?
It can range from fantastic to abysmal, depending on your role and manager, and if your group is staffed properly.
