What do you like best about the leadership team?
This is a "bottom-up" organziation. Local Co. Presidents have near autonomy. I consider other large distributors as "top-down" in their managment style.
They listen to our ideas.
Motivation to learn and grow, they have all grown from within Winsupply

Empathize with staff. Poor communication is the company's biggest problem. Everything is a secret

Learn to communicate to the employees and encourage them telling them that they're doing a good job
Communication, keeping promises, helping out
What is the best part about your compensation package?
profit sharing is a good thing
i love getting paid a lot
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even as a tenured employee my opinions are laughed at or blatantly ignored. Could really use more pay from such a big company.
never offer stocks for the company. I still have stock with Ferguson.
Cheaper Family Medical. #401K would be nice.
Retirement, benefits that aren't 200 dollars per week
Price of everything is going up so the compensation should be increased reasonably

We work together. And we get the job done
Long term retention of quailty talent. Plenty of resources to develop new talent.

Making our customers happy. Trying to go above and beyond my duties
I love working to make our company an awesome place where customers are happy with the merchandise

Poor communication, price hikes, low inventory, mistakes in orders and addresses for delivery
