I am currently employed at Lids in Gurnee Mills, North Chicago as a part-time assistant store manager. I applied for and was hired part-time because I am active duty in the US Navy. After my first three months, my hours have drastically dropped with no explanation or straight answers.

Seeing some of the new items we get on some of the days I am working.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Improve the environment and maintain consistent training as new employees check in and current employees need refreshers.
