How employees describe working at Navitaire

Great team and managers, but yearly manager changes/restructuring cause confusion. Too many meetings reduce work time. Rigid RTO limits flexibility for global teams. Base pay is too low despite great bonus/benefits. They should be using company event and party budget for higher salaries.
