Great team and managers, but yearly manager changes/restructuring cause confusion. Too many meetings reduce work time. Rigid RTO limits flexibility for global teams. Base pay is too low despite great bonus/benefits. They should be using company event and party budget for higher salaries.

While I genuinely think my current managers are great and supportive, the biggest problem impacting my work is the constant, disruptive leadership instability. Managers typically change every single year, often due to frequent and common restructuring.
