- What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at Sdge?The interviewer asked me, "How long do you think it will take you to replace me in my job?" My answer, "As quickly as I can. If they're having you do interviews you must be at a level that will move up and out of this job in the near future. I'd be proud to fill your shoes one day."
- Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Sdge?I met with the Engineering dept head, who after the interview walked me over to HR and got me hired the same day. If they advertise a job, they need you right now.

They may throw you some curve balls like, "How do we know that after we spend a fortune training you, you won't go off on your own and be an independent contractor for more money." One good answer would be, "Because I'm looking for stability, a job it can make a career of and build a family around."
