What do you like best about the leadership team?
A lot of check ins to make sure I feel comfortable in the work I'm currently doing.
Community values, commitment to the environment, commitment to the customer and employee.
The highest levels of management consider employees as something to make the business run smoothly and not as real people.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical insurance plan is good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no equity in the company. Even when rates are raised and profits soar employees are left out completely.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People who are interested in what they do, and have fun.
Every person is an experienced professional and does there job expertly.
