Ive worked here for the past 8 years as a nurse and truly love this hospital! I have also been a patient here and recommend that all family / friends go here. Especially for labor and delivery. Their NICU is top notch! As an employee there is lots of opportunity for growth.

Compensation is not in line with local community's cost-of-living (especially housing/rental costs). No monetary incentive for obtaining additional education (degrees/certifications).
