What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My coworkers, that's literally it and not all of them, just some

A somewhat flexible schedule in which I can choose every other Friday off. If I need to deal with a family situation I can use my leave or make up my time later.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

We need honesty and openness. People need to be trained in basic skills and expected to perform.
