What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to take care of problems when they come up instead of pointing fingers and looking for scapegoats.

I'm underpaid. Most of us are. It's a lot worse if you're a woman.
We're all replaceable at good Ole WSF, we're all meaningless unless you get to the downtown office, then you become useless
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need solid goals and managers who know how to put words into action.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need honesty and openness. People need to be trained in basic skills and expected to perform.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Give better training, and stop hiring useless people
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The public can tell when people don't care about their job. Some of my coworkers are great, but it doesn't take that many bad apples to really ruin the experience.
Clean house. Trash all the upper management that work from home and do nothing just for a paycheck
The state is working on evaluating engineering salaries to be more competitive in the future with private firms.
