Working with this company I felt lost in my daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. It was not made clear, my daily functions. I would reach out to my supervisor and not get a response for a few days. Thats unprofessional especially with a new employee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team would provide assistance to other team members.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think more perks would be better (ie tuition reimbursement, more flexibility with PTO)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership seemed fun on meetings, but I never really had interaction with most of them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. My supervisor seemed awkward and when in a meeting would obviously be doing something else, so responses were delayed or not provided at all.
