Our department is like family..secret Santa's, sending Christmas cards, even though we all work remotely.

Working with people who care/compassionate

Leadership seemed fun on meetings, but I never really had interaction with most of them.

Positive work environment. Everyone is supportive of each other. We're alll working towards the same goals. The pay & bonuses are awesome. The benefits are great too & I even have some things that need watching, etc. Company is always throwing fun events. Travel reimbursement is consoderate.

I work with friends and the company has nothing to do with it.

For being a healthcare company, TeamHealth is incredibly forward-thinking, especially when it comes to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Instead of just having a committee, they put plans into action.

They give you breaks they understand each other and work well together and know when to have fun

If they want to keep employees, cutting hours and stealing from PTO to cover the hour cuts is poor business practice and I expect them to lose many more employees.

management needs to be more motivational to their staff. stop being petty and give credit where credit is due
