consistent, strong leaders and makes work environment pleasant
Good people in addition to being smart
Supportive, enthusiastic, empathetic nice to work with overall
I rarely have to interact with them
I have a good relationship with my direct supervisor. Many of the things I dislike come from higher management who see you as a number on a spreadsheet.
Everything, TeamHealth is only about TeamHealth
Communication. My supervisor seemed awkward and when in a meeting would obviously be doing something else, so responses were delayed or not provided at all.
They need to contact and respect the opinions and needs of the front line workerd
Recognizing the worth of your clinicians. Without our licenses/services, you would not exist as a company. It is abhorrent that you are downcoding (stealing) from clinicians and take over half of visit reimbursement from them. The CEO gets millions and has less education than most of us.
Management needs to work on communication and follow-through with their employees
Health insurance. Vacation and matching 401 would be nice
Health benefits are awesome. Lots of PTO
The salary and the bonus
Holiday pay and PTO paid
It is adequate for my needs
Paid at the lower end of market bfor my profession in the region of country. No 401K match, No CME allowance
My first few years I had a good experience. The past few I feel like they are pinching every penny out of me in a very high stress job. They cut hours to where I can now change jobs and make more doing something less stressful.
What stock? What equity? What CME money? What CME time? What raises? What gas/mileage? We don’t get compensated for admin time (meetings, emails, phone calls, trainings, etc) or for being on-call. Only for visits. Then you rob us (downcode) f
I feel undervalued because there is no feedback about the work I do, no meetings and when things change the only way I find out is if something happens. I would feel better if I am compensated more based on my knowledge and the production i put out
cohesiveness, mission focused. But don't forget, its all about the mission and not about the people that carry that mission.
We are all there for each other if we need help.
People education collegues and speakers
Everyone is friendly in group settings.
My team would provide assistance to other team members.
coworkers need to realize that we are a team and we need to work together
Our department is like family..secret Santa's, sending Christmas cards, even though we all work remotely.
Working with people who care/compassionate
Leadership seemed fun on meetings, but I never really had interaction with most of them.
Positive work environment. Everyone is supportive of each other. We're alll working towards the same goals. The pay & bonuses are awesome. The benefits are great too & I even have some things that need watching, etc. Company is always throwing fun events. Travel reimbursement is consoderate.
Good environment and values of work
If they want to keep employees, cutting hours and stealing from PTO to cover the hour cuts is poor business practice and I expect them to lose many more employees.
management needs to be more motivational to their staff. stop being petty and give credit where credit is due
The honesty about the position.
It was one of the least stressful interviews I had. My supervisor just made it feel like a conversation.
Open ended questions, effort to get to know me
The opportunity to speak with the leaders that I would be supporting in the role.
It's simple and the person interviewing me was very nice and got straight to the point
Involve pitential coworkers in the process
My patients!Taking care of children
Saving lives gives me self satisfaction
Patient interaction and interacting with staff
My co-workers. Ending a challenging shift.
Working for a healthcare company is wonderful knowing your company is caring for patients.
I think more perks would be better (ie tuition reimbursement, more flexibility with PTO)
They do not seek input or regard as valuable the ideas of front lune workers.
i feel like everyone is doing enough to keep their jobs. everyone needs to be on the same page as far as policies and procedures go
