What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication. My supervisor seemed awkward and when in a meeting would obviously be doing something else, so responses were delayed or not provided at all.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I think more perks would be better (ie tuition reimbursement, more flexibility with PTO)
