Communication. My supervisor seemed awkward and when in a meeting would obviously be doing something else, so responses were delayed or not provided at all.
They need to contact and respect the opinions and needs of the front line workerd
Recognizing the worth of your clinicians. Without our licenses/services, you would not exist as a company. It is abhorrent that you are downcoding (stealing) from clinicians and take over half of visit reimbursement from them. The CEO gets millions and has less education than most of us.
Management needs to work on communication and follow-through with their employees

My first few years I had a good experience. The past few I feel like they are pinching every penny out of me in a very high stress job. They cut hours to where I can now change jobs and make more doing something less stressful.
What stock? What equity? What CME money? What CME time? What raises? What gas/mileage? We don’t get compensated for admin time (meetings, emails, phone calls, trainings, etc) or for being on-call. Only for visits. Then you rob us (downcode) f
I feel undervalued because there is no feedback about the work I do, no meetings and when things change the only way I find out is if something happens. I would feel better if I am compensated more based on my knowledge and the production i put out
coworkers need to realize that we are a team and we need to work together
If they want to keep employees, cutting hours and stealing from PTO to cover the hour cuts is poor business practice and I expect them to lose many more employees.
management needs to be more motivational to their staff. stop being petty and give credit where credit is due
Involve pitential coworkers in the process
I think more perks would be better (ie tuition reimbursement, more flexibility with PTO)
They do not seek input or regard as valuable the ideas of front lune workers.
i feel like everyone is doing enough to keep their jobs. everyone needs to be on the same page as far as policies and procedures go
