Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More positive input. Less negitave input.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Compare to the other hospitals in TMC, especially during pandemic, we don't think we have good compensation. They should provide some basic education on those topics. It's hard to ask questions if we don't know anything.

Review from Operations Dept

To be treated fairly and compensated thecsame.

Even though they preform evaluations to equalize pay in the field they don't always. When you reach certain level when a salary employee there is no form of compensation for time given for any overtime that is extensive in hrs. They also don't give the best increases with promoting.

More compensation would help me

less deductible and more choice of physcians.

Review from Operations Dept

recently changes insurance and now we have to pay higher premiums and copays

Review from Customer Support Dept

I think it should be a 4% yearly raise instead of 2%

Review from Admin Dept

Have a better matching on the 403B and annual bonuses for all employees
