My coworkers are a group of people that are passionate to give each other a hand when needed. They are willing to come early and to stay late to accomplish what they are supposed to do.

We can always reach then when we need to discuss a situation or ask helps.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we have wonderful teamwork. Any questions regarding patient's care and doctor's orders, senior nurses can help out.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's more like I was talking a new friend. I was relax but tried to think hard how to respond each questions with my best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compare to the other hospitals in TMC, especially during pandemic, we don't think we have good compensation. They should provide some basic education on those topics. It's hard to ask questions if we don't know anything.
