Compare to the other hospitals in TMC, especially during pandemic, we don't think we have good compensation. They should provide some basic education on those topics. It's hard to ask questions if we don't know anything.

Even though they preform evaluations to equalize pay in the field they don't always. When you reach certain level when a salary employee there is no form of compensation for time given for any overtime that is extensive in hrs. They also don't give the best increases with promoting.

I think they could downsize the amount of Project Coordinators they have. They could be more productive if they had two that were willing to put in the work.

It needs to focus on being productive. Getting people in the foor that want to do thier best. This downsizes the amount of employees and increases the employee investment in the company interest.
