It was expected to do/jobs multiple departments jobs if low on work and there was no extra compensation for learning multiple departments

How they aren't robotic in personality
No fights and we help each other and are hard working
I get the ability to work with many different teams. Everyone is open to collaboration and new ideas. Members of your team not only are peers but often become life long friends!

We do team events and multiple company events every month and all are supportive of we'll being
Everyone is open to new ideas, is friendly, and in generally everyone wants to make it a great place to work.

They need to close down and rebuild
What did you like most about the interview process?
Friendly, good questions and dialogue about the company, culture and job responsibilities
I liked getting a tour of the whole building (office and production floor) and seeing what our company does as a whole. It really put in perspective what my day would be like an a quick glance of the company culture.

The great quality put into the product
