I'm fortunate to work with some very smart, very organized people who do a great job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really care about their people. The CEO especially cares, and this concern is reflected in the entire executive team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Like any small company, it's hard for Ntiva to provide comprehensive benefits packages that meet everyone's needs. Retirement account matching could be better.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview occurred some time ago before the current systems were in place. It was pretty casual, but gave me a good idea of the company culture, mission, and goals.
