Our leadership team really cares. Even though the pace is fast, there is always someone available to provide support.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better talent acquisition, compensation boosts to current staff, tiered reward structure for hitting targets. Realistic targets. Current account management team is lacking industry specific intelligence. A training course would do them good.
